Query related to inflated3D supporting function in activity recognition from video and optical flow data using deep learning

I was going through an example given in the following link. There I found a supporting function "Inflated3D" under the sub-section Create Two-Stream I3D Network. I scrolled down to search the same function but I couldn't find it. Can anyone help me to find this Inflated3D function? Rest other supporting functions are there.

Looks life Inflated3D doesn't have a documentation as of now.
