How can I modify the screenpixelsperinch proptery on the Root class in ubuntu to recover this error? Some properties are missed and the functions above can't work properly because of that missing properties.

As I understood from the above link, after R2015b versions, we should adjust the values. But I don't know where are the required files or which commands will be executed. Could you please help me?

Your opengl failed to initialize properly.

This can be due to one of a few different reasons:

• you might be missing a .so needed by MATLAB
• you might have conflict between versions of a .so provided by your system and the version expected by MATLAB
• you might have a conflict between versions of a .so provided by MATLAB and your system, especially if another part of the graphics pipeline needs a different version than MATLAB provides
• MATLAB might not have been able to find your DISPLAY

I have not been following which library versions are needed by which ubuntu releases in conjunction with which MATLAB releases. Linux is not a single operating system, but rather a family of often-incompatible operating systems, and this kind of problem happens all the time with Linux.

Even if you do not have a support contract, you can open an online support case for installation problems.

I do appreciate for your answers and time. I'll try like @Walter Robertson says the display issue. So I'm gonna update my driver and then try to install Matlab again. That might help if the only issue is on Display so on graphics of the system.
