i need a license number

Hei, jeg ønsker å instalere programen Matlab som sutdent i NMBU Universitett i Norge. For å kunne logge på , mangler ett license nummer som sendes fra administrasjonen. Jeg får ikke koden, derfor kan jeg ikke komme i gang.
