The connection of Arduino and Simulink

Hello, I am a biginner of programming.

I am trying to measure a S-load-cell using Arduino and Simulink. I could plot on Matlab, but I don't know how to connect it using Simulink. How can I plot it like what I did on matlab? In the future, I want to use a PID controller for a DC motor by the load-cell. I got something on the scope, but I don't know what it is. It seems like when I push or pull the loadcell, the value cahnges.
