Image Similarity-bhattacharyya Coefficient

I have two sets of data (attached) and I would like to calculate the Bhattacharyya Coefficient to see the overlap of the two distributions but I do not understand how to do it:/ Can someone help?

I'm also interested in this problem. Are your datasets normally distributed? I want to solve this problem for non-normal distributions
