Hello Sir. I am doing my research in hydropower systems and use Matlab a lot. This link solves your problem:

In matlab console, you can paste and enter: power_turbine

It will show you a very clear example. Your figure is exactly modeled inside the block named "hydraulic turbine" (inside HTG), you can right-click, open-in-another-tab to see what's inside.

Hello,

Do you know what's the Hydraulic Turbine and Governor equivalent in Simscape Electrical? I am trying to avoid using the Specialized Power Systems library, since it'll be removed. I was thinking about coding my own HTG block using the documentation from the SPS, but I wanted to check if there is any other option.
