How can I save my camera parameters in a .mat or text file; for example exposure time and ISO value?

I am acquiring a specific number of frames, with the code below, and I would like to have the information of video objects properties also written into .mat file or a text file. For example: exposure time and the ISO value . Is that possible?
Cheers,
Malu
triggerconfig(vid,'manual');
vid.ReturnedColorSpace = 'grayscale';
vid.TriggerRepeat = inf; %excecute trigger inf
src.ExposureMode = 'Timed'; % Needed to alter the exposure time
src.ExposureTime = 10000; % the time is in seconds
e_time = src.ExposureTime;
set(vid,'Timeout',12); %time out after 12 seconds
start(vid)
tic
trigger(vid)
[frames , ts ] = getdata(vid);
toc

Thank you for your reply!
I set a variable for the information I wanted to get from the source :
a = get(src);
save('Source.mat', 'a')
and it works .
