Simulink is not opening in Matlab 2019

I have just installed MATLAB 2019a on my windows 10 PC (64bit). I can almost open all the other tollboxes and apps with Matlab except. I tried using one of the solutions which says Check the LAN settings and change it to "Bypass Proxy server for local address" but it didnt work.

I kindly request you to help me with the problem.

Sir, I’m not getting any error messages. The menu- “Simulink” just blinks along with command window when I click on it to Start.! But it doesn’t open even after several clicks.
