How to calculate percentage change in Noise

Hi,

I have added salt & pepper noise (10%) to a certain image and then apply the filter.

The Filter has removed enough noise and output image has shown reduction in noise level.

Now i want to calculate the percentage change in Noise Level. How to find it?
