Unable to get shared memory page. Make sure that your model either consists a Simulation step or an Analysis step block.

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
i am trying to use MATLAB/Simulink with CANOE. I have integrated CANOE Signal Output blocks in my model. Whenever i start the model i get the following error:
Error reported by S-function 'sigout' in 'xxxxxx/Signal Output/S-Function':
ERROR in block 'xxxxxxxx/Signal Output/S-Function': Unable to get shared memory page. Make sure that your model either consists a
Simulation step or an Analysis step block.
I cant find help for this error so far.
Does anybody know the problem and is able to help me?
Thank you!
Martin Sommer

Solved it! Problem is that MATLAB R2020a doesn`t work with CANoe 12.0 SP 4 yet. They are working on it. Used MATLAB R2019a and now it works
Thx Bro!
Your answer helps me to solve the same problem.
Thank you again!!!
Has this problem been solved for 2020b? I am also trying to simulate a model with CANOE 12 signal output box.
@Omkar Karve: Did you try this one?. I am just going to try Canoe on 2020b. I have the same problem on 2019b.
@Martin Boehme I am meeting the same problem with MATLAB 2019a&CANoe 11 SP1, could you please help me to check whether they match or not? Thanks a lot.
For my case it was a problem that Matlab and Canoe version were not compatible. So what you need to do is check, whether your two diferent SW versions are compatible

I have an update from Vector support on this issue. Attached is the chart showing which Canoe version supports which Matlab version. Hope this helps someone.
