Why can I not answer matlab answers questions?

I am unable to answer or comment on any questions from this forum. When I try to answer or comment I don't get the text box to write. I tried using different browsers and tried logging out and logging in. But nothing is helping. Does anyone know what could be the reason for this?

My friend had the exact same issue.

1. Check if you are logged in.
2. Try in incognito/private mode window.
3. Try a different device (mobile phone/ another PC)
4. I hope you are clicking on the Answer this question button.

For my friend, the third option worked.

Did not work in other PC. But I could answer on mobile and after that it started working for browsers as well. Don't know the reason for this.

Don't know the exact reason but you can try answering on some other device and it will work.
