resolution of system of equations

Hi,

please how can i resolve this system of equations with matlab:

d^2(C1)/dx^2=a*(C1/(C1+b))
CL1: x=0, C1(x=0)=C2/m
CL2: x=p, (dC1/dx)x=0=0

dC2/dz=e(dC1/dx)x=0
Cl1: C2=CE

a, b,m,e are constants.
