Will Matlab support future Apple computers based on their in house ARM silicon?

At WWDC on Monday, apple announced they are switching away from x86 intel processors to in house silicon. Will future versions of matlab work on ARM, or will apple's Rosetta 2 emulation software allow matlab to run on ARM macs?
Thanks

You will not see MathWorks disclose their future plans on Answers. In fact, it is unlikely they have made a hard decision, based on an announcement made only 2 days ago. However, one might expect, given the number of Macs floating around universities, they would have strong incentives to continue support.
