How to supress Excel warning or alerts using MATLAB?

You can supress excel alerts/warnings using this command:

e = actxserver('Excel.Application');

set(e, 'DisplayAlerts', 0);

This will supress all the warings. So, if you want to start warning messages again after some point, use this:

set(e, 'DisplayAlerts', 1);
