How to fix MATLAB UI docked window size?

In the MATLAB UI, when I resize the command window it automatically resizes the editor, workspace, current folder and all other docked UI windows. Is there a setting where I can choose to have the size of each section fixed?

Resizing the command window horizontally is naturally going to resize the horizontal width of all other components. But resizing it's vertically would only affect the editor. So, I don't think we can fix the size of other components.

I use a dynamic tiling window manager for Windows 10. This is why this point is especially useful to me. Would be great to see support for this in future releases (such as a checkbox in the preferences that fixes the component width with respect to other component widths).
