Change language to english

your home page has is so crappy, I decided to get the account not to get a notification about languages.
I pushed English somewhere and tought I would be choosing that once and for all.
It turned out I have chosen Chinese (or something) and there is no easy way to find somewhere to set it straight.
I am totally lost in your horse sh** webpage and would appreciate a lot if this language setting could be fixed back to english.

You are right about manners but the web page is overengineered/annoying when offering translation everytime!
As I understand it, it's not just a translation (e.g. the nl server is in English, not Dutch), but they are physically separated servers that may have their own latency in syncing changes and response time to you.
Anyway, did my solution below fix your problem?
Even if sometimes staff members look on this forum and post from time to time, the help on this forum is mostly provided by people who are doing this as a volunteer. If you have a feature request, you can contact Mathworks support directly with the 'Contact Us' button at the top of the page. If you have a serious request or feedback they will be more than happy to listen to what you have to say. Just a friendly word of advice: avoid rudeness.

Your strong language is not necessary and makes people take you much less serious. There is no need for it.
To change the language setting, you can look at the bottom of the page, where you will find this icon:

Why is the regional setting intrinsically linked to language (except for Switzerland, of course)? This seems a very outdated stance on language and nationality.
