Simscape electrical is a separate toolbox, and you will need a license to use in Simulink. This page shows options of how to get this toolbox: https://www.mathworks.com/products/simscape-electrical.html

ok i went to add ons i bought the smiscape ad smielecrical then how to add it to my library

In MATLAB toolbar, go to the "home" tab, click the Add-Ons button, it will open a new window. In the search bar type "simscape electrical" and install the toolbox.

i can install but i swear bouht it from adds on why its not letsing me install it

Go to this link: https://www.mathworks.com/mwaccount/, click on your license, and see if it is listed there and is still under maintenance. It might be possible that the license is not valid for your current MATLAB version.

Try exiting MATLAB and restarting it ?
