How do i do this using fimplicit function? I tried it and a heart comes out in a graph. I would just like to know if there should be and x and y element on this kind of problem? For instance y vs x?
This is what i first did. Do i put elements to recognize the x and y? What should be my independent and dependent variable?

you used the square root of x squared, but the question requires the cube root of x squared.

The question does not involve any square roots, only a cube root.
(x.^2).^(1/3)
Or alternately, because we can predict that x^2 will be real-valued and non-negative:
nthroot(x.^2, 3)
