Exiting due to infeasibility: The bounds on one of the integer variables do not allow integer solutions

Can anyone help me understand what this error causes. If its with the manner the constraints are implemented, I have contraints that have both upper and lower limits which isn't a design variable like 120 <Re < 10 ^4 where Re is Reynold's number. Can anyone guide me, sooner the better please?
