How to simulate a vehicle (car/bike) horn audio pattern on matlab?

Okay so I want to simulate the audio patterns generated by honking so I can do some experiments on it (like figure out how to cancel out the noise generated ) .

Any suggestions as to how to go about it (if it exists at all) ?
