How to change the size of icon on toolstrip?

I have the laptop with 1600x1900 resolution. The icon of toolstrip and quick access toolbar in R2012b look very small on my laptop. Is there anyway that I can change the size of them?

I would like to know the answer for this as well. The MATLAB toolstrip fonts are much smaller than the other menu fonts in other applications.

Are you talking about a Windows or Mac system?

No Mac laptop has had a display resolution of 1600 x 1900, so it is either MS Windows or Linux being discussed.
