Redesign Proportional Control Gain K

I have followed the tutorial provided on the website, http://ctms.engin.umich.edu/CTMS/index.php?example=Introduction§ion=ControlRootLocus#33, in order to get a rise time of 1 second. How would I redesign the proportinal control gain K from the given example in order to meet these specifications:
zeta > 0.7
peak time = approx. 1 second
