Usage of S-parameters

Hi,

I have S-parameter Matrix of a system. I want to verify whether my output is same or not after I pass some input(like sine, impulse etc) through this system. How can I do that using Matlab or SImulink etc. And also How can I get impulse response of the above mentioned system using the s-parameters (This also using Matlab or simulink etc)?

Note: I know If I can do IFFT on S-parameters, Impulse response is obtained. But How to apply the same on a s-paremeter matrix
