how to combine three different column into a single colum using colon

suppose t1,t2,t3 are three different column
t1 t2 t3
1 2 3
10 20 30
40 50 60
so i want my output in a single colum as given below
t4
1:2:3
10:20:30
40:50:60

You mean this:
>> t1=[1;10;40]
t1 =
1
10
40
>> t2=[2;20;50]
t2 =
2
20
50
>> t3=[3;30;60];
>> t4=[t1 t2 t3]
t4 =
1 2 3
10 20 30
40 50 60

If you have it in matrix...A use..
iwant = A(:) ;
