If your tag describes your code I'm not surprised, as the step size is 0. What is the exact code you're trying to run?

the figur appear in matlab online in some PC and appear in others!!!!

As of my understanding, the system in which you are using MATLAB Online does not have a screen depth of 16 or higher.

To work around this issue, set your screen depth to be at least 2^16 (65536) colors. This can be done on a Windows machine from the “Display Properties dialog box-> Settings Tab->Color quality drop down box.”
