Using FFT, how to extract the original spring constant and viscous constant?

Hello all, I modeled a Forced damped harmonic oscillator with a specific spring constant k and viscous constant c. After I model it in matlab and apply fft to it, is there a way to extract them back? I am trying to figure out the error while varying k and c after applying fft. Thank you
