I want to find the centroid at a specific image

I want to find the centroid on the label of the wine bottle. After finding the centroid, I want to crop out the whole label image as it is my ROI.

Please, anyone can help me with the coding?

Your segmentation is all messed up. I probably could have fixed it for you if you had attached the original RGB image, but since you're just attaching the failed segmented binary image, there's nothing I can do with that.
