can anyone help me to open vehicleDatasetImages.zip and vehicleDatasetGroundTruth.mat , i really need to know what is inside these two files?

I have the same problem. The link below shows you the .zip file but when unzipped it does not create the .mat file and so is just the images.

If you would like to access the images and ground truth table of the dataset, you can load and visualize the data in MATLAB.
