Why is my response not changing despite changing the parameters on my feedforward controller?

Please help. I am having an issue with simulink. I am changing the parameters for feedforward gain and feedforward time constants which are the coefficients of S for both numerator and denominator. I expected a chnage in the response of the graph under scope T(s) but I keep getting the same exact graph. Can you please help me debug this? What am I doing wrong.
