How i can calculate the EENS by using Matpower?

i'm doing it with Mathowrk and matpower i now the basic of simulation i just facing problem how to get the up down status from Time to failure(TTF) and Time to repaire (TTR)

suppose if we have

TTF=[10 13 8]

TTR=[2 3 1]

and want to get the status of component at 9th hour and 17th hour .
