Why code check gives warning for MATLAB functions (fopen, size,..etc)?

Hello,
When the code analyzer setting 'Code Analyzer cannot determine whether '<>' is a variable or a function, and assumes it is a function.' is enabled, MATLAB is giving warning at all the MATLAB functions like fopen, size, all,.. etc
