launchpad f28379D external mode missing data

Hello. I'm working on an ac-ac converter and I've choosen launchpad f28379D as my mcu.
I'm using ADC as single ended input. My signal conditioner to 0-3V (AD623) and launchpad shares common neutral (launchpad is on USB con). I'm sampling at 10KHz (0.0001 sec).
I'm measuring the mains voltage for start but the problem is when using launchpad in simulink external mode there are missing data.
And I'm receiving an error and simulation stops.
What could be the problem ?

Facing the similar question when running 28379D in IDDK. The same error occurs when i turn on the DC power supply of inverter. Before that, the dsp is running well in the external mode. Have you solved this error?
The data loss at the start of running also happens in my study.
Did you removed the related jumpers if you are supplying DC externally ?
I started to question if simulink is an option for programming c2000. I'm considering CCS but it looks like endless pit.
