While installing "SoC Blockset Support Package for Xilinx Devices" I have the following outcome.

Xilinx Zynq Radio Linux binaries are not installed.

The third party software download error occurs. This problem has not been

solved yet. Can someone help me to solve this problem?

Try reinstalling the support package.
