I installed statistics and machine learning tool box but it won't work

i installed the statistics and machine learning tool bo but when i try to use it it says

"To use 'random', the following product must be licensed, installed, and enabled:

Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox

Error in sept17example1 (line 8)

control_patients = random('Lognormal',5*log(10),1*log(10),20,1);"

I already purchased this and installed it, but it wont run on my matlab.
