I am trying to find the Fisher Information matrix of two variables (Alpha_0 and Alpha_1) already known. Struggling to understand the input arguments of the function and what is required.

ecmmvnrfish is used to find the fisher information matrix. The inputs to the function are Data, Design and Covariance. The example for the Data and Design matrix is provided in the given link. https://www.mathworks.com/help/stats/mvregress.html#btkqpbn-2
