how to plot streamline with anomaly vectors?

I have a grided vector field and would like to plot a streamline.

As shown in the figure below, ideally we should have six horizantal streamlines. However, there are several anomoly vectors in a region.

How can I identify the anomoly region and still get six sreamlines?

I know plotting streamline is using interpolation. I think extropolation might be a solution, but I have difficulty in implementing it.
