About code generation outVal result

A very good model to run in simulink such as the first to fifth second is 0 and the fifth to tenth second is 10 ，But After automatic code generation（c++） the outVal result always showed 10 This is not what I expected.
Why does this happen? Is there something wrong with setting？

The quesiton is very generic. I think it will be difficult for anyone to make suggestions without seeing the details of your model, what blocks are in it, what does the model do.
