How to create GRU RNN in MATLAB

I have an audio data file and corresponding data labels for it. I want to use a gated convolution layers.one hyperbolic tangent fnction is applied to output from regular filter and output from gates pass through a sigmoid function.A hadmard prduct is observed between the final output of the layer.

Hi,

You could implement RNN with Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) by using either LSTM or bi-LSTM layers. Also have a look at this link https://www.mathworks.com/help/deeplearning/ug/define-custom-deep-learning-layers.html to implement GRU using a custom layer.
