Matlab crash after i plug in any pen drive to my pc

I am getting Matlab crash and stop working when i plug in any USB drive or external hard drive to my PC

Which Matlab version? Which operating system? Does this concern all USB devices? Did it work before you made some changes? Do you have the Instrument Control Toolbox? Do you get any crash report?

I am using matlab 2019a with windows 7 64 bit , It crash with all kind of USB and any external hard drive. This proplem i got without doing any changes, and i got crash report once ""Warning: MATLAB previously crashed due to a low-level graphics error. To

I did this command opengl ('save', 'software') , but the proplem still found.
