No visualisation shown in mechanics explorer

Hi,
I've built a bipedal robot over the last couple of days using simscape multibody, following this video: https://uk.mathworks.com/videos/matlab-and-simulink-robotics-arena-walking-robots-part-1-modeling-and-simulation-1505941655157.html
All was working fine with my robot appearing in the mechanics explorer and the simulation running. However, yesterday I updated the diagram after not changing anything and the robot disappeared from the mechanics explorer. When I select different parts of the robot it shows its frame on the screen just not the robot itself, the animation still runs I just can't see anything.
Is there anyway to fix this without rebuilding the robot from scratch?
I've attached screen shot of the mechanics explorer broken and my files for the robot creation.
Thanks!

You might want to check that the folder containing the mesh files (the .STL or .STEP) files is on your MATLAB path. Else, the simulation will still run but the visuals will be empty as you show in your screenshot.
