I have two 3D matrix datasets (images). I want to ovverlay them in different colors. How can I do it using MATLAB?

Hi anjul,

If you have the Image Processing Toolbox, imfuse should do the trick.

No, it is not actually. My matrices are of dimensions 1000x512x1000.
