TMS320F28035: Simulink model for the SMO or eSMO block used for sensorless FOC of PMSM

7 views (last 30 days)
Hi.
I am a student of BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. I am currently doing my summer internship at Analogics Tech India Limited - Hyderabad. I am working on a project to create a Simulink model for Sensorless FOC of a PMSM. We are using the TMS320F28035 microcontroller for the hardware implementation of the same.
In the manual, it mentioned in build 7 to use a SMO MACRO - Sliding Mode Rotor angle Estimator. So can I have the Simulink implementation of the same or can someone tell me how to implement the same?
I want it for either the SMO or the eSMO.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Srinivasan M P

Hi there,
you have first start modeling your pmsm mathemathical model and then start to model the SMO (it would be prefere to write a matlab finction for that).

Hi,
You could have a look at the SMO block and the Sensorless FOC example.

Hi, I'm currently facing the same issue. Could you please tell me how you resolved it?
