neo4j bolt add-in

I am tring to connect to my neo4j server (which is running and filled with an example graph) from an updated matlab 2018a.

I can connect to the database by neo4j command and send and recieve data, but it is slow.

I would like to use the bolt protocol, but I cannot find the bolt add-in. It is just not in the list of add-ins. Can you tell me where to find it?

Neo4j Bolt is supported from R2019a.
