Where to find hardware implementation config files for Raspberry Pi?

I have the Support Package for Raspberry Pi Hardware that I am using to run Simulink models on the Raspberry Pi. Under the Model Configuration Window I am able to select the Raspberry Pi for the Hardware Board category. Is this configuration for generating the target file saved anywhere in the support package? I need to modify the build process to change the External Mode settings.
