To obtain three outputs (State of Charge (SOC), current, and voltage) from the “Battery (Generic model)” block in Simulink, you can try the below steps:
  • The “Battery” block output is a vector of signals for the battery temperature, state-of-charge, current, voltage, age, maximum capacity, and the ambient temperature.
  • To demultiplex the signals, you can use a “Bus Selector” block.
The port outputs signals for:
  • “Ambient temperature” or “Cell or internal temperature” if “Simulate temperature effects” parameter is selected.
  • “Battery age” or “Battery maximum capacity” if Simulate aging effects is selected.
