transfer function with denomenator as 1 simulink

I have some set of laplace equation which i neede to block in simulink.
out of these equattions two of them have a denomenator as 1. transfer fcn block will take proper equations not improper which mean numerators is greater than denomenator order.
can anyone please help me with this

Perhaps you can use https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/statespace.html or https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/discretestatespace.html
It is true that standard Simulink transfer functions must have denominator order at least as high as numerator order.
