How to install additional toolboxes in matlab r2012a?

I m using matlab r2012a version. I want to download toolboxes like 'image processing toolbox'. I already have few toolboxes but require some more which were not installed while installing matlab. How do I install them in 2012 version? Or where is add-ons in matlab r2012a version?
