MATLAB to MUPAD - Extended Symbolic Math Toolbox

Hi

I have only recently heard of the MUPAD and have watched a demo on its capabilities. There is one particular function that I would like to use alongside my matlab script and wonder if it is possible. I am aware that it is possible to write custom functions in MUPAD, for example, to animate the position of a spring-mass-damper system. I would like to transport the position data of the spring-mass-damper system from a matlab script and then use MUPAD animate it. Is this possible?? if so, is there any suggestions as to how this can be achieved???
