How to segment ECG signal?

Hy! Does anybody know how to segment ECG into 5 beats in matlab? Thank you!

It will work, but you have to load same data type what they are using in above link

I have tried this code. It's working but for one eng signal. Kindly tell what will i do to make it for multiple files like I have 15 signals in one mat file.
