Assign Dynamic Stiffness and Damping to variables

I have designed a simple Spring Mass System with a spring and damper.
The spring has variable stiffness and damper has variable damping. I have the graph for Spring Force vs Displacement and Damper force vs Velocity.
However the stiffness and velocity depends on the displacement and velocity of the mass. Thus I need to create a feedback and update the value of stiffness and dampling depending on the mass displacement and take values dynamically from the graph.
Can anyone suggest a method to dynamically update values of stiffness and damping?
